App license and fair use
LootWink is a fictional game. Use the app and website lawfully without compromising security or other users. App Store downloads are governed by the applicable app license; Apple’s Standard EULA applies when no custom agreement is provided. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Game artwork, audio and other materials belong to their rights holders; the license does not transfer ownership.

Available missions can be played offline with locally stored progress and previously confirmed access. Sign-in, new purchases, verification, restore, Game Center and support need a connection. Local saves are not synchronized by LootWink between devices. Uninstalling, resetting progress or losing the device can remove saves. Manage backups through Apple settings.
Purchases, restore and refunds
Prices and purchase terms are displayed by the App Store before confirmation. Access is granted after backend verification and may change after refunds or revocation. Use Restore Purchases in the app with the same Apple account and the linked LootWink identity. Refund requests are handled through Apple under its policies. Account deletion does not itself issue a refund or cancel an Apple subscription.
Updates and external services
Content and supported system versions may change with updates. Check the App Store for compatibility. Apple, Firebase and other integrated providers apply their own terms to their services. Contact [email protected] for problems or questions about these terms.
