Scope and contact
This policy covers the LootWink app, website and support messages. For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests, email [email protected]. We review requests under applicable rules.
Game data and identity
Progress and settings are stored on your device, without LootWink cloud save synchronization. Firebase Authentication provides an anonymous identity and optional Sign in with Apple. Our backend stores the Firebase user identifier, available account information, language and a purchase account identifier to authorize requests and associate purchases with your account. Apple backups depend on your device settings.
Purchases and Apple services
Apple processes payments; we do not receive card details. Our backend verifies Apple transactions and stores product, transaction and account identifiers, environment, access status and signed purchase records. RevenueCat receives purchase reporting data and Apple notifications for reporting only; it does not decide access. Optional Game Center processes your player identity and scores through Apple.
Apple Privacy Policy ↗Optional diagnostics and measurement
Privacy settings control optional Firebase Analytics gameplay events and Crashlytics crash diagnostics. These can include app and device information, screen names, mission results and app-instance identifiers. Meta campaign measurement requires your choice and iOS tracking permission and may use advertising identifiers and technical network data. You can play without these permissions and withdraw them in the app. Disabling collection does not erase previously transmitted data; contact us for requests. No location, contacts, microphone or camera permission is requested.
Notifications
With notification permission, Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple process the device messaging token and technical information. Our backend associates the token, platform and language with your account to deliver announcements. Disable notifications in the app or iOS Settings. Removing remote registration requires a connection.
Website, support and retention
This website has no advertising or analytics pixels. Language is selected by the page URL; fonts and images are hosted here. Hosting providers process technical access data such as IP addresses and requested pages for delivery and security. Email support uses the address, message and attachments you choose to send. We retain support and security records as needed for their purpose and applicable obligations, and purchase records where legally required. Service providers may process data outside your country. Contact us about retention, transfers or your rights. If a child has shared personal information, contact us for review and appropriate deletion. We update this page when practices change.
Delete your account in the app
Open Settings in LootWink and choose Delete account. Confirm the request; Apple sign-in accounts may need to authenticate again. An internet connection is required to remove the server account and Firebase identity. Account deletion removes or anonymizes account data, device registrations and purchase associations; RevenueCat deletion is retried if unavailable. Records required by law may be retained. Resetting local progress or uninstalling alone does not delete the server account.
